Spinning a tack

Part of the fun in doing stupid boy tricks is how fascinated my daughters are by them. They are 10 and 11, but whenever I bust one out they stare in youthful amazement.

Need:
A flat thumbtack

Difficulty:
2.5 out of 5 -If you can snap your fingers you should be able to get this

1. Get down next to the floor. Smooth floor with a lot of space is best.
2. Hold a tack by the pointy part between your thumb and index finger
3. Snap your fingers (not exactly, but very close)
4. Toss the tack slightly so the pointy part lands on the floor.

When done properly it should spin on the floor for a minute or two.
